How far in advance should I book my tour?To ensure availability, we recommend booking your tour at least two weeks in advance. However, we strive to accommodate last-minute requests whenever possible.

How quickly will I receive a response to my inquiry?As a boutique company committed to personalized service, we aim to respond to all inquiries promptly. If you haven't heard from us within 24 hours, please check your spam folder or send us a gentle reminder.

Are your tours suitable for children?Absolutely! While our experiences are crafted for adults, children are more than welcome. Please inform us in advance about the number and ages of the children joining the tour so we can make appropriate arrangements.

What is the ideal time of day for a tour?We offer tours throughout the day to suit your schedule. For those with flexibility, we suggest starting morning tours around 9:00 AM and afternoon tours by 2:00 PM. Ultimately, we'll tailor the tour timing to your preferences.

How long do the tours last?The duration of our tours depends on your chosen itinerary. We offer flexibility to accommodate your needs, with itineraries crafted from our list of suggested destinations.

What destinations will we visit during the tour?Each tour is customized to your interests, ensuring a unique experience. Where do the tours begin and end?We provide pick-up and drop-off services at your hotel, residence, or any specified location. Depending on the distance, an additional fee may apply.

How physically demanding are the tours?The level of physical activity is tailored to your comfort. Once you've selected your itinerary, we'll inform you about any walking involved and adjust the tour accordingly.

Will our tour be private?Yes, all our tours are exclusively private, ensuring that only your party participates.

Can we include shopping stops during the tour?Shopping stops are not included unless specifically requested. However, we're happy to pause for drinks or snacks at your convenience.

In which languages are the tours conducted?Our tours are primarily conducted in English. Upon request, we can also offer tours in Dutch and Spanish.

Who are your guides?Our guides are certified locals, many with university educations, bringing a wealth of knowledge to your experience.

Who will be driving during the tour?For groups of up to 3 people, your guide will also serve as the driver. Larger groups may require an additional driver and a bigger vehicle, which could incur a surcharge covering both.

What types of vehicles do you use?We utilize climate-controlled SUVs for groups of up to 3 people. Groups of up to 5 will travel in a minivan or van (with a $150 surcharge). For groups larger than 5, we provide customized pricing.

How many guests can you accommodate?While we specialize in small group experiences, we can cater to groups of up to 50 upon request.

Can you accommodate walkers, strollers, and wheelchairs?Walkers and strollers are welcome. However, please note that our vehicles are not wheelchair accessible.

Do you provide infant car seats?Currently, we do not offer infant car seats.

How are your tours priced?Our pricing is based on a three-hour minimum for groups of up to three people. This includes a professional guide, vehicle, fuel, complimentary Wi-Fi, bottled water, and applicable taxes. Meals, drinks, admission fees, event tickets, and gratuities are not included. For larger groups, we are happy to provide a customized quote.

What are your payment and refund policies?To secure your tour, we require a deposit of $150 for a full-day tour ($100 for 3-4 hour tours). This deposit is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due one week before your tour date.

What is your cancellation policy?Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the tour receive a 50% refund. Within 48 hours, payments are non-refundable, except in cases of severe weather (rain is not considered severe), where a 25% refund of the total fee is provided.
